The MIDAS Consortium is hosting BIG DATA FOR HEALTH POLICY SYMPOSIUM MIDAS project to Magee on 20th -21st January in Derry (Northern Ireland). This project is due to finish in Feb 2020 and this is the last face to face of a very large consortium of 60+ across Europe and America. This will not only bring consortium but extended health practitioners and policy leads to the event.

There will be a showcase of outputs of MIDAS, Other PM18 Project Outputs, plus lots more on Health Care Data, Big Data & Ethics.

This will be a free event of MIDAS demonstrations across all the health policy departments (BSO/HSE – Republic of Ireland/Basque Country /Finland) and some training and development workshops around the value of data, data science, GDPR & Honest Broker. The event is free to attend (but you have to register) and we are extending our invitations to a wide range of people – such as politicians, policymakers, clinical staff, charities, education providers, etc.
